Reps

What does a Course Rep do?

They gather feedback from students in their course 

  • Build relationships with their Lead Rep, Course Director, Administrator and other Reps, ensuring key issues are raised.

  • Feedback progress on issues to their course mates

  • Volunteer around 8 hours per month, on average

What does a Lead Rep do?

They are a key link between Course Rep, the University and BCUSU 

  • Attend School and Faculy level meetings, representing students' views

  • Build relationships Heads of Schools, Associate Deans and other Reps, helping to action and problem solve key issues 

  • Work 16 hours per month on average, and awarded £700 bursary (if conditions of role are met)
